| Preparation for the Tiens (Malaysia)
International Annual Convention has stepped into the later stage.
To report the preparation to the top leaders of the Group and
clarify the duty of convention staff, Preparatory Meeting of
Tiens (Malaysia) International Annual Convention was held on
Dec. 7, 2004.
At the meeting, Hou Yue, Vice Manager of the
Convention Preparatory Group, made a detailed introduction to
the procedure of Tiens (Malaysia) International Annual Convention
and convention staff’s specific assignment and duty. Ning Weitian,
Manager of Production Dept., specially introduced the awarding
plan in the annual convention. Yu Ming, General Manager Assistant
of Tiens Marketing Greater China, introduced the application
in Greater China; and An Tongying, Supervisor of the Convention
Preparatory Group, made an introduction to the application and
reception in other areas. And, other attendees of this meeting
gave many advices on the plan of Tiens (Malaysia) International
Annual Convention.
Having listened to the reports and advices,
Mr. Yan Yupeng, Vice President of Tiens Group and Executive
President of Tiens International Marketing Group, expressed
his satisfaction about the hard work of everybody at first.
After that, he emphasized several principles on the preparation
for the convention:
First, overcome the language handicap and adopt more colors
and symbols to avoid the language problem.
Second, safety should be taken as the most important thing.
Third, the connection of each part should be inseparable without
careless mistake.
