| It is only 24 days from the
opening date of Tiens (Malaysia) International Annual Convention
now; so every member of the Preparatory Committee is much busier
than before. To exchange the working progress and details, a
teleconference was held by the Preparatory Committee members
in Malaysia and China on Dec. 28, 2004.
During the conference, Ning Weitian, Manager
of Production Dept. and Chief Director of the Convention Planning
and Directing Group, reported the preparatory progress; and
Mr. Ernie, Chief Director of the Closing Ceremony, made a special
introduction to the preparation of the Closing Ceremony. After
that, An Tongying, Supervisor of the Convention Preparatory
Group, introduced the arrangement of the reception. And other
people also introduced the working progress of their own.
At last, all the staff expressed that they
would try to finish the preparatory work carefully, deeply,
and thoroughly to ensure the high quality of the convention
task.
