At the Awarding Conference of the 2004 Tiens (Malaysia) International Annual Convention, Dr. Fong Chan Onn, Minister of Malaysian Human Resources, delivered a speech.

On behalf of the government and people of Malaysia, he extended his welcome to Tiens people from all over the world. He was grateful that Tiens Group had chosen Kuala Lumpur as the holding place of this convention. He also showed his appreciation of Tiens’ contribution to the economic development of Malaysia. He wished that all Tiens people could enjoy the time in Malaysia, and welcomed all Tiens people to visit Kuala Lumpur in the future. After the speech, he presented a poster of 2004 Tiens (Malaysia) International Annual Convention with his autograph to Mr. Li Jinyuan, Board Chairman and President of Tiens Group. President Li presented him in return a golden statue.
