To ensure your smooth and pleasant trip, Tiens Group has worked out this notice for your implementation. Please pay attention to:

1. The climate in Malaysia: Malaysia is a tropical paradise situated 7 degrees north of the Equator. The tropical rain forest climate is warm and humid throughout the year. Temperatures in the daytime range from 26 degrees Centigrade to 32 degrees Centigrade. From October to March is rainy season, it blows southeaster and has humid air and heavy rainfall. Although it always rains in this season, the rain is pouring and short, and it is seldom continuously overcast and rainy. It is pretty hot in the daytime, but there is rainstorm almost every afternoon, and it gets cooler after the rain. 。

2. Individual health care: The convention happens to be held in a hot season, so every one should take measures of preventing heatstroke and lowering the temperature such as drinking more water. Common drugs should also be prepared according to your personal habit. When you set off for the annual convention, you should take with you summer clothes, an umbrella, and articles for convention use. Long sleeve shirts and pants should also be taken, for there is a big difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures.

3. The use of tickets: Before you set off, the Group has sent the tickets of three meeting places to each Tiens area by EMS, and to your hands before the beginning of the convention. On the right and back of each ticket, the name, time, place and requirements of the activities are clearly stated. Tickets should be kept carefully and taken along at any moment. Attending time of each activity given in the agenda should be strictly obeyed, and the right ticket should be shown for checking at the entrance of each meeting place. As the only warrant for attending the activities, the ticket cannot be reissued.

Attention: Delegations of each area must attend the convention with tickets purchased from the headquarters of each area. Any self-organized team without the permission of area headquarters or tickets won’t be received by the preparatory committee of the convention.

4. Requirements for grouping: To ensure the smooth and orderly organization for all delegations, the leader of each delegation should divide all attendees into groups. Ten persons in each group have a group leader, directly under the delegation leader, giving assistance for the team organization. The delegation leader is responsible for contacting the meeting affairs group. The assembling time, place and notices required in the agenda should be kept firmly in mind. The team tour must be on time, and contact the reception group in time if the agenda needs an adjustment under a special situation.

5. Requirements for valuables: All valuables, including passport, cash, and expensive gifts, should not be put on seats randomly but be taken along with you in case of loss. Once lost, Tiens would not be responsible for indemnification. Valuables should also be kept carefully at crowded sight spots and shopping places to guard against thieves.

6. Requirements for rehearsal: At 13 o’clock on Jan. 21st, prizewinners of each area with confirmation letters check in at register center, the entrance to Sunway Lagoon, where the Opening Ceremony will be held. Then prizewinners accompanied with contact persons of each area will go to the activity spot of the annual convention for rehearsal. The Group will arrange buses to take them to Bukit Jalil stadium, where the convention will be held. However, those who are late for the assembling should go there by themselves.

7. Requirements for Attending the Prize Awarding Ceremony: Ten delegates selected from each area should wear their national dress and hold national flags (size: 253cm×165cm) of 10 nations in their area to attend the ceremony. All should stand in front of the stage to follow the command. If the number of nations in an area is less than ten, national flags can be repeatedly used to ensure ten delegates taking ten flags. Each area should prepare the national flags by themselves.

8. Animating the atmosphere: Each delegation can wave small national flags, corporate flags and banners during the Prize Awarding Meeting to enhance the team cohesiveness, sense of honor and sense of pride and the atmosphere of the meeting can reach its peek.

Lastly, wish you a happy and pleasant journey!
