On September 2, 2008,  “Tianjin Tiens Biological Development Company” and “Tianjin Tiens Biological Engineering Company” passed the external audit for ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and ISO22000：2005 Food Safety Management System and also got the certificate.

From July 24th to July 25th, CQC (China Quality Certification Center)-Tianjin branch center did the external auditing for the two companies. Through the efforts from TIENS all centers and departments, this audit passed successfully, and TIENS got the new certificate.

The authentication scope of new ISO9001 certificate not only include health care food but also add the design and manufacturing of skin care and washing products; according to the requirements of International Organization for Standardization, TIENS finished the transition from HACCP System to ISO22000:2005 Food Safety Management System, and the authentication products scope had been adjusted according to new products plan.
